The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra and Concordia University Ann Arbor are excited to present a free, family-friendly, outdoor concert on the grounds of Ann Arbor’s Concordia University. This 80-minute concert features the full Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra conducted by guest conductor, Steven Jarvi.
Saturday, June 8 | 8:00 PM | Concordia University
The program features a mix of classical and pops music along with audience favorites including selections from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for open seating on the grass. With an Instrument Petting Zoo for kids of all ages from 7:00-8:00 PM, River Sounds in the Key of A2 is summer fun for the entire family on the banks of Ann Arbor’s beautiful Huron River.
